De-cording from another person.
Cording and De-cording from a person or a thing.
If you find yourself very, very tired and cannot find a physical reason for this. If you have grounded and bubbled and centred yourself and if you have eaten and slept properly then there may be a cord or cable attached to your aura and the energy that you are exchanging with the person on the other end is using your kinetic energy rather than Universal energy to aid the other person.
In this exercise we will find the
cable of light that is our life line and needs to be left alone.
Any cables of light that are attached to another person
Build a connection to the earth and the universe
Remove the cable connected to your aura
Place this other person in the connection that you built
Leave them in the hands of the angels so that they can be fully helped to have their own energy.
Refill your own energy.
Look around or feel around your aura.
See the bright light that is a cable connecting you to the universe and the earth. This cable is very bright and full of life and is the cord of life that runs through all your chakras.
Now to find if you are corded to another person look and feel for another cord much like the life line but it is much duller and can be attached anywhere in your aura. Above your head under your feet anywhere but mostly will be in the heart sola plexus area of your being at the front or the back.
Once you have found this cord you can follow it to find out who is on the other end or you can just follow the instructions below.
Imagine a pillar of light, it can be as large as you like. This pillar goes from the centre of the universe to the centre of the earth.
Now take a pair of golden scissors and cut the cord/cable as close to your being as possible.
Put an electric plug onto the end of the cord that is connected to the other being.
Then plunge it into the white light pillar.
Watch the pillar move over the person and encase them in the love that it holds. This pillar is now sending the energy they thought they needed from you. But at a level that is best for their whole being.
Watch as the Angel of love takes over the care of this person and say thank you. Then let go.

Who I am!
I am finding it hard to learn how to be retired. Maybe if I look at it as just doing the things I love to do?
Now I have time my ambition is to travel on every bus and train in England. The fun is to find out what is around and watch the countryside as I travel through it.
More fun is being a medium (talking to dead people and working with guides who take me to where I need to be) So I would love to serve every Spiritualist Churches in England.
My writings come from my life experiences and the learning that has taken me down many paths of interest. From becoming an intuitive Spiritual Life Coach, Spiritualist healer, Reiki master, medium, teacher, philosopher to being a mother, grandmother, landlady who shared her home with many other people. From working as a turkey farmhand to driving a forklift truck in a warehouse. From traveling across the world during my childhood to settling down in my own little cottage in the north of England.
I share it all here for those who are interested.
I have gained experience and obtained qualifications that are listed below. I use them to help me understand my life as well as to help any who asks me for help to understand and improve their lives.
Life Coach, I can help me to look at people as individuals living a life that is different from mine and yet some of the experiences that they face have taught me to see that we all have lessons to learn in this life and need support to learn them from time to time. I learned how to teach people how to look at life from a different understanding place so that they can see their own way forward.
I am still learning how to be the best medium I can become. So that I can offer that bridge/telephone line between the two worlds and join friends and family who have passed into the next world with those in this world who. My thought is that we all can and do achieve this all the time it is nothing special just sometimes we are so upset disoriented that we think we can't. IF we loved someone once we can always know them because the memory sits in our heart. Healers work with energy and guides and their own spirit self to help to provide the energy so that other people who are in need can repair their own Dis-Ease.
I have used this place to put some relaxation and self-help poems, videos, sound recordings, lead visualization meditations I hope you find them useful. Lookout in the near future for the video files that will be here when I find out how to make them and then put them here.

Something about me as a person. I am a great grandmother and used to live in a shared house that was very busy most of the time. Now great quietness is all around me as I move to a new one-story terraced property. (cottage)
